These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BricksVault app and website ("BricksVault", the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BricksVault helps you track, value, and forecast a collection of building sets and minifigures. Valuations, forecasts, and market data are provided for informational purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
You retain ownership of the photos, reviews, and contributions you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving it — including public display where you choose to publish it. You are responsible for having the rights to submit Your Content. We may moderate, remove, or decline to display content at our discretion.
Catalog data and images are provided by Rebrickable; pricing is derived from sources including BrickLink, eBay, PriceCharting, and Brickset. Those sources own their respective data and marks. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this Service.
BricksVault may offer optional supporter benefits. Any supporter contributions are handled through the payment or membership provider indicated in the app, subject to that provider's terms. Benefits may change over time.
In the Android app, BricksVault Pro is sold through Google Play Billing as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Deleting your BricksVault account does not cancel a Google Play subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first.
You may stop using the Service at any time and can permanently delete your account and data from the Me tab (Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BricksVault and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on valuations, forecasts, or other data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
